"After looking at the menu, I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted. I couldn't decide if I wanted to try something new or something I have had before. I was looking at the veal dishes and asked the server if the veal good. She had no clue. I have to say my dinner (Veal Picata) was very good, full of flavor, maybe a few too many capers, but otherwise it was good. My only wish is that all restaurants would have an employee tasting night. How can the servers offer suggestions or answer questions about a dish if they have never tried it."
